Down to my first goal weight of 290lbs. I know it’s not a whole lot from my starting weight which was 295lbs but I hate counting down that way. I’d rather do it in increments of ten. Meaning my next goal weight is 280lbs.
And it only took a week of no pop, bread, and junk food. I also limited my sugar intake. I’ll start exercising and hopefully I don’t hit a plateau.
